Restoration of an ensemble of former farm-buildings in Marche, Italy according to local traditions; transformation into a private resort.
Two objects - a guest-house and a swimming pool - have been added in order to complete the constellation of buildings. The finishing of the buildings is done by reusing ancient bricks and shingles, mostly originating from the ruins on the site.
The initial design is done by the commisioner; schiemann weyers figures as consultant during the final design and detailing phase and provides all work drawings.
